1 on campus interview with manager- started with details about the job and personal background, then all behavioral questions mostly looking for leadership in group projects and involvement with teams
1 on site interview with two women - behavioral questions, just want to see that you are a good person, easy to work with, and enthusiastic about the job

Entretien
The first two steps were online. After viewing your resume, if you fit the basic criteria you were invited to complete a digital introduction. You only had to do one of these if you applied to multiple roles. About a day after completing that they invited me to complete a hirvue interview (within the next four days). I was then invited to their on-campus interviews, however, I had to do a video one as I was abroad. This consisted of two thirty-minute interviews with two different employees of Prudential.

My first interview was on my college campus and the second round was in Newark. There were 2 back to back interviews, 30 minutes each. All the questions were behavioral and everyone was very nice.

Entretien
The interview was very smooth and enjoyable. The interviewer asked great questions, and helped facilitate a very good conversation. Overall, the process was fast and not redundant. Not many technical questions, more behavioral and skills based.
