The recruiter contacted me the day before interview and scheduled the next day. There was miss-communication between HR and interviewer. Nobody from the department knew that they have been scheduled for an interview with me. It was embarrass at first, but then they had 3 people interviewing me.

3 interviewers take their turn to interview. One of them asked me many interesting questions. Although the questions were hard and out of my expectation, I had learned some experience. Those questions focus on the negative side such as "any goal that you did not achieve?", " what did you do when you got a bad grade?", "Have you have any difficult decision that you had to make a choice?"....

Easy interview process no technical questions. Went over experience in past few jobs and learned more about PGIM role offered. Interviewer did some talking and moved on to ask me questions

Entretien
I applied online and got an email about an in-person interview about a month later. I interviewed with 3 separate people, they asked a lot of Behavioral questions and it ran about an hour and a half long. The investment operations associate title is very broad, and can be used to describe any number of positions within Prudential. They told me I was interviewing for 2 separate job openings when I showed up to the interview. 1 was for a Credit Data Analyst position and 1 was as a Trade Support Associate.

Entretien
The entire process was very quick. One phone interview and two in person interviews. Interview questions are mostly behavioral questions. Recruiter got back to me within a week.
