Applied online. Contact and appointment for interview set up was a bit spotty having to reschedule twice due to schedule constraints. Not a big issue for me but may be a cause of concerns to others. After a small briefing on the job and introduction the interview questioning began. Mostly, situational or past experience questions to test leadership competencies.
