It was abnormal to get a call back a few days after applying online. I went in to the interview and was given a personality and IQ test before talking being interviewed. I did well on both and was scheduled to come back for an interview. At the first interview I was told to prepare for another interview by writing down a list of everyone I knew, who I could sell insurance to. The target was 200. They wanted you to rank the people by how wealthy they are. During this exercise I realized that the opportunity was not suited for me.

Short phone interview. Then said the position wasn't remote anymore and I only wanted remote so we ended the interview. They should have mentioned that in the beginnning or the ad.

Entretien
The interview was great, very easy, first was over the phone, the second interview was via zoom. The interviewers were nice and made me feel very welcomed. In the mist of training everything turned out to be true. So far so good
