Although the process took look, it was painless. First was a phone conversation with the HR recruiter about 1 week after I applied. She was super friendly and ended up being a huge supporter of me throughout the process. Next was a phone interview with the MD for the area I would be working in. That went well, then was scheduled for on on-site interview. The onsite consisted of a interview with a Senior Consultant, the MD I would be working for, then being taken out to lunch with 2 of the Senior Managers. Everyone was extremely friendly and easy to converse with! I received an offer about 1-2 weeks later.
