The interview was not as hard as I expected it to be! My behavioral interview went really well, and all I had to do for the case study was talk my way through any potential issues in the scenario.

When have you overcome challenges working in a team?
Did a phone call first before the actual interview that was basically the behavioral. They asked about what practice and why then I had two interviews after with a director and it was more technical
Phone screening with HR, followed by a final round with a two-part behavioral/case interview. Final round focused on tying experiences back to the firm's values and process-based case designed to see how you think. Very straightforward.
