I applied through a recruiter. The process started with a phone call with HR, who then set up another call with MD, then another interview with two MDs, then a final call with a MD. According to the recruiter, all interviews, which lasted about a month, went well. One of the MDs even said a number of times during the interview "if I had 50 of you, I will hire them" but when the time came for an offer, I was told they were not ready make one. Interesting!!! I wish i was told what went wrong since all post-interview feedback was positive.
Meetings with various leaders across industry to assess where I would be the best match. Prompt follow up through the various stages of the process. All team members were extremely engaging and easy to interact with.

Initial interview and conversations with internal recruiter, then a managing director. MD interview dug deep into my background and experience. However, I never heard back after the MD interview. I followed up to inquire and no response. It was pretty unprofessional to waste a professional’s time without a simple courtesy email stating thanks but no thanks. I’m disappointed I gave them my time.
