Two round - One screening and then case study - I interviewed with the recruiter back in August and didn't hear back for months. When I finally heard back, they said they had moved me to a different office location and wanted to move forward to the second round. I was given a process map to study the day before. I thought it went very well, however, two weeks later I get a email saying I wasn't selected. Many of my friends who applied felt the same way. I think their interview process is extremely flawed and misleading. It seems they are just interviewing without any intention of making hires.

One general screening call, asked a little bit about why you applied for the role, etc. First round interview is behavioral & case, both interviewers for me were super friendly
