Peer, MD, and executive team interviews. Mostly discussed style, expertise, past work history. No cases. Executives seemed willing to share the vision for the practice and firm.
Meetings with various leaders across industry to assess where I would be the best match. Prompt follow up through the various stages of the process. All team members were extremely engaging and easy to interact with.

Initial interview and conversations with internal recruiter, then a managing director. MD interview dug deep into my background and experience. However, I never heard back after the MD interview. I followed up to inquire and no response. It was pretty unprofessional to waste a professional’s time without a simple courtesy email stating thanks but no thanks. I’m disappointed I gave them my time.
