The company was recruiting at my universities career fair for consulting positions. Applied online and then heard back within a week. Invited to a pre-interview dinner with more than enough food followed by two back to back 30 minute interviews the next day. The first interview was going over a case study with one of their employees and giving advice on how to improve the process. Overall pretty simple and relaxed. The next interview was with the previous employees' manager and was completely behavioral. Only asked 3 questions and then opened it up for questions for him. Got invited for an office visit the following week. I am currently in the hotel writing this review with the office visit beginning tomorrow at 8am.
