      J'ai postulé via un établissement d'enseignement supérieur ou universitaire. Le processus a pris 4 semaines. J'ai passé un entretien chez Protiviti (Charlotte, NC)

      Introduced myself on-campus at the career fair, this is how students were selected for an interview so make sure to leave a good impression. First Round Interview- 30 minute case and 30 minute behavioral interview. Case- Very easy, no math! Don't spend too much time preparing, it is honestly straightforward. Just make sure you have researched the company, it would look very good to connect the case back to what Protiviti does. Behavioral Interview - Be Prepared with several STAR method stories around teamwork, leadership, conflict, etc. Also, I believe the interviewer makes comments and cuts you off on purpose to see how you do under pressure, just stay calm, and you will do great. Final Round Interview- Office visit, can hardly call it an interview. The night before everyone goes to dinner. Tips- Show up late by about 5 minutes so you can pick a good seat by those who work at Protiviti ( I showed up early and was stuck in the very middle furthest away from the interviewers). Dress on the casual side of business casual for the dinner and whatever you are most comfortable in for the interview( I overdressed). The next day is mostly spent learning about the company through a presentation they give. Then you talk with two employees for 30 minutes each. Yes, you just talk about your resume and why you want to work there, no behavioral questions. Then you get into small groups and do a small presentation activity ( make sure to show leadership skills and to speak confidently). The final round is all based on likeability so NETWORK! I wish the interviews were structured and had real criteria for selecting candidates. But overall, it was a good experience, and Protiviti is a great company. They were timely in providing their decision, and everyone I met was very nice.

      Standard behavior and case study interview. It was very conversational and informative on the company. The case study was not too difficult, I think they just want to see your train of thought and how you think.

      HR interview screened a lot of ppl away. It is used to see how dedicated you are to the industry Interesting case interview. Can be prepared well by asking AI to prepare case studies for you. One-one interview with MD was more about knowing you as a person.

      Contattato tramite una agenzia del lavoro, è stato fatto un primo colloquio con loro, poi un secondo colloquio conoscitivo con Protiviti. Dopo aver passato entrambi, ci è stato erogato un mese di corsi (academy) che avevano un po' la funzione di colloquio tecnico (abbiamo dovuto fare dei progettini da presentare ai tecnici dell'azienda, ma eravamo accompagnati dai nostri insegnanti). Tutto molto tranquillo, nulla di difficile.
