Met with several members of the firm, first two consultants took me to breakfast before my interviews. I then interviewed with an AD and an MD who both mostly wanted to hear about my prior experience as well as get to know me better.

Behavioral and Case interview, social with current employees and interns, phone screening with recruiter beforehand, applied online , behavioral and case interviews were back to back and one on one with manager-level employees

HR dept was extremely helpful and consistent with communication throughout the interview process and leading up to the internship.
They definitely are looking for a specific type of candidate who fits the position as well as the values/culture of the company.

Met at a career fair. Then I was invited to an interview on campus. After the first round of interviews I was brought to an on-site interview for the location I was interested in.
