Total joke. They basically give you a headset before you leave. This place is awful! You'll be kept in the dark about just how underhanded your work is and you'll be shocked at how far they'll stoop to take from those who can least afford it (their customer base).

You show up, meet with the recruiter and he askes some basic questions. With this job being a call center they hire just about everybody that walks through the door.
