Total joke. They basically give you a headset before you leave. This place is awful! You'll be kept in the dark about just how underhanded your work is and you'll be shocked at how far they'll stoop to take from those who can least afford it (their customer base).

They have an excellent interview process. They worked with me and I didn't have any problems.
