La candidature est en elle-même très longue. Il faut recopier ses expériences une par une, tout comme ses diplômes. La seconde phase consiste en un nombre importants de tests psychologiques, mémoire, réflexes et autre, toujours très longs et en ligne.

Un tableau s'affiche pendant 20 secondes, présente des points de différentes tailles et couleurs pendant 30 secondes. Le tableau disparait, puis réapparait et il faut identifier les éléments qui ont changé (positionnement des points par exemple).

Extremely difficult , it's based on 5 stages . All is in their website. After this set of tests you go through panel interview with random people. Ten interview with the hiring manager .
All interview you can tell the stress for finding new people and how not descriptive of the workload they do .
All of people are use to have around 3 to 4 roles.
