recruiter reached out to me via email. total of 3 rounds, each round about 30mins-1hr. required to show passion for working in P&G and all the interviewers were very nice!
After the CV is sent, you are asked to perform an 'intelligence' test with various exercises on the calculation side as well as answering situational questions by choosing one out of five answer possibilities. After passing the test, you get invited to three consecutive interviews with employees in the department.
