P&G has three levels of interview, and all of them mainly consists of two parts: (1) behavioral, wherein they will ask you with 3-5 questions and you need to answer based on your own experience, and, (2) situational, where they will present you two hypothetical work-related questions.

Interview is focused on past experiences you had wherein you exhibited leadership, innovation, and strong decision making skills. So better gather all those experiences so you wont have to think for it at the very moment. Be calm and confident. And Concise! :)
