They used CAR, context, action, results as an interview technique. The interview totalled 50 minutes and contained behavioral and case questions – 4 to 5 of each. The case questions could be regarding specific logistics scenario, e.g. a delivery that runs the risk of being delayed and the receiving customer threatens to pull all of P&Gs products from the shelves in response, how do you solve this?
