They firstly ask about your projects and internship. And then they ask questions to test your leadership mindset. They have 3 rounds of interviews in which they ask basically the same thing, and no technical rounds.

It was an online assessment and not very good one. The category of question were very irrelevant. They were testing with irrelevant skills. Did even take any IT related questions.

They have a fair assessment system. They focused on characteristics mostly. Should have great leadership skills to pass this. You should definitely read the pdf’s they will send you through e-mail before having the video call.
