The Online Assessment occurs prior to a formal interview. It does not take long and consists of logic and decision making questions. You should hear back within 30 days after taking the assessment.

Didn't even make it to a formal interview. Must pass a convoluted assessment process prior to even being considered. Takes about an hour and if you don't get a passing score you're effectively barred from applying to any other position in the same grade for 12 months. Combination of scenario style, personality, and what I'd chalk up to an IQ test. Yes you're doing math, spatial reasoning, and rapid focus checks to get an entry level job. Wasted 60 minutes of my life for them to gather data that they ask if they can sell during the assessment. Totally insane for entry level. They even state it's an automated review based on the assessment alone and the link to request a human review brings you to a FAQ that, you guessed it, doesn't have the request for review anywhere obviously on it. Just another instance of flawed hiring.
