3 rounds of interviews of asking same questions. Better do a panel interview or at most 2 rounds. Had to go over 1 month of interviews for a conclusion that the company could have made after the 1st or 2nd interview

Afterwards I had to do some IQ tests and attention tests, which seemed unnecessarily (e.g. which digits do you use to get a certain number: ... +-*/ ... +-*/ ... = 114). Afterwards they rejected me, no further information given.
