Everyone must apply online to be considered for a job. If you do not pass one of the online tests, you can retake it after one year (or at least you could a few years ago). Behavioral interview questions to most interviews are the same regardless of role. There is usually a panel of interviewers.

Algumas perguntas fora de contexto, como “qual seu filme preferido?”, bastante dificultoso, diversos estagios de entrevista, alguns entrevistadores claramente não queria estar ali. Em resumo, precisa de muita perseverança mesmo.
Quite a lengthy process, very many questions and required structure of responses, STAR method. Interview took over an hour over and above the previous two rounds of aptitude tests.
In the end it didn't proceed as they mentioned that there no longer a business need for the position, which I found indicative of disorganisation.
