Two interviews done out of three. Situational and competence-based questions with managers from different levels. Behavioral and mindset assessment to see fit with the position and company. Scripted questions. Very straightforward, guided, timely conducted, efficient.

Question 1
If you were to conduct changes inside your team but faced resistance from your team members who don't want to get outside of their comfort zone, how would you convince them ?
After the skill assessment, started with a short HR phone screen, then a 1 hour interview, followed by an on site tour and final interview. All the questions were "tell me about a time when..." STAR questions.

1 Round simple and easy. 45 minute interview asked 6 questions in total and answer in a STAR format. Situation, Task/action/result and include it in every question. answer confidently and dont hesitate. They are very nice with the marking and they respond with in couple weeks.
