Online skills test then two interviews over teams, first interview was more informal with a HR manager followed by a more formal interview with the director. Lots of situational questions and STAR method is expected to be used to structure answers. One thing I did not like was that they declined to give any feedback on the interview.

Entretien
First of 3 interviews, was online and I was interviewed by a current member of the P&G HR team. The interview was around 1 hour long where I was asked 4 behavioural questions and 2 situational questions
