Whole process took four months and didn’t get an offer. Started with initial phone call, interview with manager and hr then a panel interview with a group. First interview was a get to know you and second was a situational based interview.

Very efficient. Focus on your storytelling via STAR format. There are apt test, following with 1:1 interview with line manager, and 3:1 interview with different director/above level. HR would share the interview performance with you after the 1st round of interview and some tips for u to prepare the 2nd round
