It was more about understanding my personality, communication style, and mindset rather than testing technical knowledge.

The psychometric test was not a good experience at all. It is a terrible way to test new candidates. It blatantly disregards actual skill, talent, and dedication of the candidates, which should be regarded in higher regards.
