Applied through the website. I was contacted a week later to attend an assessment test. A few weeks following the assessment test, I was contacted by the HR to attend a screening interview. after the screening I was again contacted to attend the panel interview with 3 managers from different departments.

Didn't do the interview yet, but have been through the "assessment" step for the selection. It was THE WORST experience for an assessment I have ever made. Everyone keeps complaining about platforms, but I have never seen anyone complaining about this GATE assessment. It is exhausting and impossible to keep up - specially the focus one, which you have to focus and have also a perfect memory (as long as you are not cheating). They have to remember that they are looking for PEOPLE to fill up positions and not MACHINES. If that is the case, then maybe just hire some AI to do the job.

2 rounds of interviews conducted with senior manager in the first round and the second round with HR as well as mid level manager, longer interview combining job related and interpersonal aspects of the process.

Series of Interviews, assessment, etc. It was a challenging interview. If you are planning to apply for a job in P&G, you should really prepare yourself. Prepare for the interview and answer as honest as possible.
