Entretien
Consta de las siguientes fases:
IQ Test y Peak Test- Si los apruebas, HR te llamará
HR- Entrevista por teléfono, muy sencilla
Entrevista con Manager- Media hora, behavioural questions
Entrevista panel con 3 Directores- 1 hora, behavioural questions (no se repitieron preguntas en mi caso).
Examen de inglés online (BELT)
Me contactaron una semana después de cada fase, así que la comunicación fue continua, el correo de rechazo me llegó dos días después de subir el examen de inglés.
Como tip, se utiliza el método CAR para las preguntas con managers y hay muchos ejemplos en Glassdoor.

Extremely difficult , it's based on 5 stages . All is in their website. After this set of tests you go through panel interview with random people. Ten interview with the hiring manager .
All interview you can tell the stress for finding new people and how not descriptive of the workload they do .
All of people are use to have around 3 to 4 roles.
