Online tests are very difficult, especially the logical tests which involve puzzle solving. Recommend lots of practices before applying. Once you get to the interview, it is not that difficult. You can expect general questions such as solving a problem in a particular situation, i.e. scenario questions.

You have to do an online test, which wasn't hard.
Then you have a Skype interview which was relaxed. A lot of tell me about a time when questions.
Then you're invited to the plant for a final interview. you have the interview with either HR or plant manager - I had mine with plant manager so very technical.
