I uploaded my cv on their website and then waited for them to send me a link to their assessment, did the assessment and passed and waited for them to call and set up a time for the interview. Someone from the HR called me to set a date and said that it would be a virtual meeting due to the pandemic. It was Microsoft teams video call for one hour with the Hr manager and the finance manager. They were very nice. They asked me about 5 situational questions

un colloquio online e due in presenza in germania. tutti e 3 i colloqui uguali: parte motivazionale e poi situationals con star method. più un case study alla fine su business.
They will always start off with tell me more about yourself questions, followed by questions that require STAR kind of answering, and hence you need to prepare on a few themes and be ready to share your stories

Online Assessment und danach 3 Runden (1 online 2 vor Ort) alle mit anderen Finance Managern. Hauptsächlich Personal Fit und jeweils eine kleine Case Study. Man sollte sich mit dem Unternehmen beschäftigt haben und grundlegende Finance Kenntnisse besitzen aber ansonsten nicht unglaublich viel Vorbereitung notwendig. Es wird viel auf den Charakter gesetzt.
