The interview process was very transparent. I was informed every step of the process whether I continued or not by e-mail. After I passed a Web test and later a Problem Solving Test held at P&G's headquarters, I was invited to be interviewed by an HR Associate Director. Afterwards I was interviewed by(1) the person who would later become my line manager (Legal Associate Director); (2) the Legal Director for Latin America; and finally (3) by the local Finance Associate Director. The 4 interviews I had were professional and frank. They wanted to know me better in order to calibrate whether my past experiences and personal traits would prove valuable to have a sound career at P&G.
