First-round was the ~60min cognitive/ personality testing, which is pretty much where it all halted for me and from what I read, others as well. I find the cognitive testing absolutely useless and non-relevant to the job that I'm applying, I think P&G is missing out on a lot of great candidates that could have made the company great. Overall I found the experience negative and quite frankly demoralizing. If this is a hiring model, I would say from an evaluation perspective your Precision is quite high, but your recall of qualified candidates is extremely low as you're not letting a lot of qualified candidates into your hiring process funnel.

1st assessment 2nd interviews (3 in total) In my case, I had to reach out to the recruiter to request some feedback cause a month after the last interview I didn't have any news. The process is very standard, you can easily find a lot of information online that will help you prepare for the interviews.
