They recruited at my university and I communicated with an alum. All questions are behavioral - tell me about a time when... and they have a very specific set of qualities they look for. Extremely bureaucratic process and not at all personable. There were about 6 other candidates at their HQs that day. We took a math test and then had to 1 hr long interviews.

They will always start off with tell me more about yourself questions, followed by questions that require STAR kind of answering, and hence you need to prepare on a few themes and be ready to share your stories

Online Assessment und danach 3 Runden (1 online 2 vor Ort) alle mit anderen Finance Managern. Hauptsächlich Personal Fit und jeweils eine kleine Case Study. Man sollte sich mit dem Unternehmen beschäftigt haben und grundlegende Finance Kenntnisse besitzen aber ansonsten nicht unglaublich viel Vorbereitung notwendig. Es wird viel auf den Charakter gesetzt.
