In Mexico, the Interview Process conts of 5 steps. They are on the website of Porcter. What is looked for on the applier is that can demostrate its hard and soft skills, i.e. situational behavior on panel interview, background on 1:1 interview, etc.

There is a list of this questions on their website, and they are the same in the interview. The most hard interview (there are two of them) is a panel interview and this is the last step of all process.
The interview process was well-structured and professional. The interviewers asked challenging behavioral questions, focusing on leadership and collaboration. Overall, it was a positive experience that gave me good insights.good experience.
J'ai passé un entretien chez Procter & Gamble (Singapour)
Entretien
5 rounds of interviews with questions directly from the P&G framework. Questions were not very challenging and can be prepared beforehand based on the P&G question format. The rounds increase based on levels of seniority , last round is the highest band.
