The interview process included an initial screening interview followed by an in depth interview and a day visit to Cincinnati. During the morning of the day visit, I had four 1-hour interviews with typically 2 interviewers, and then they took me to lunch. Everybody was very welcoming and nice. The interview included general many behavioral questions (e.g. tell about a time when you showed leadership skills, teamwork skills, etc) and a few technical problem solving questions related to their products. At the intern level, they want to know that you are a good problem solver, can communicate well and learn quickly.

Repetitive but nice people; make sure to have concrete examples and use STAR method instead of rambling; went through three rounds which I thought was okay but everyone used the same questions
