Entretien
The hiring process is split in 5 parts. First you need to make a quick test, with some math exercise, spacial and reading ability and some other stuffs... an example of the test is at the P&G web page. Then i had a first interview with HR, it lasted around 30 min, then another interview with the hiring team that was conformed by 3 technical experts... Finally i had the last interview with 2 of the 3 Section Head that work in my department.

I was request to speak part of the interview in English (The technical center is located in Venezuela). Also one question that never miss is the short and long term life plans.
Engineering interviews at Procter & Gamble are pretty structured but fair. Expect online tests, then conversations about real projects you’ve worked on process improvements, problem solving, leadership, and impact. They care a lot about how you think and take ownership, not just technical knowledge.

Tell me about a time you identified a process problem and took initiative to fix it. What data did you use, what actions did you take, and what measurable results did you achieve?
intense and needs prep. it was three rounds, the first being with a recruiter, then 2 rounds of behavioral and scenario based questions. after passing those you'll bet invited for an in person technical interview
