Set of interviews, onsite & telephonic. Was grilled on my past work experience and how I addressed some of the work challenges. They seem to be looking for folks who are problem solvers and go getters. Ethics are very important for P&G, so you must be ethical in all your doings

The process starts with an online test. On passing the online test you are invited to a on site reasoning test. On passing the test there is a screening interview. On passing the screening interview there are 3 interviews that are generally conducted on the same day. The questions are around life experiences where you are expected to provide examples of - Leadership - Managing conflict - Leveraging expertise - Building relationships
