After applying, the company sends you a link to take 2 assessments. If you pass, they will extend an invite to interview later if the spot hasn’t been filled. Normally 2-3 interviews where they ask you behavioral questions.

Tell me about a time you worked hard and produced a positive result?
After the skill assessment, started with a short HR phone screen, then a 1 hour interview, followed by an on site tour and final interview. All the questions were "tell me about a time when..." STAR questions.

1 Round simple and easy. 45 minute interview asked 6 questions in total and answer in a STAR format. Situation, Task/action/result and include it in every question. answer confidently and dont hesitate. They are very nice with the marking and they respond with in couple weeks.
