I went through PCC’s interview process starting with an initial phone screening with the recruiter, who then scheduled me for an interview with a team member (not the hiring manager as initially indicated). The interview itself went smoothly (or so I thought), and I was told the next round would be delayed because the hiring manager was out of office. I followed up with the recruiter two weeks later but never received any further communication, not even a courtesy rejection. Unfortunately, the lack of closure and communication left a negative impression, as it felt like I was ghosted after investing time and effort in the process.
