Precision Castparts came to my career fair and I had a really good conversation with them there. They were very helpful and told me a lot about the position and what it would be like working there. Later that day one of their recruiters texted me and asked if I had time for a first round interview on campus the next day. I was interviewed by two people, a senior hiring manager and someone who had just com out of their time in the development program. Most of the interview time was spent going over my resume and asking basic questions like why PCC?

Applied through campus jobs website and had an on campus interview. Received an email requesting a complete some online tests. Completed several online tests (technical and personality based) before a final onsite interview.
