Applied through indeed - contacted via email to book a slot for a phone screening with only 1 slot available. - Declined as unsuitable and was offered a second slot which I accepted. - 4 hours later I'm sent a 3rd slot which I'm told I have to accept... If its convenient! - Day before interview I receive a rejection email saying not successful so I contact to clarify and they advise Interview is still on - 13 minutes before interview they send an email stating the role has closed but I can apply for the Assistant Manager role if I want. Politely declined and referenced to this page documenting many similar situations - Dissapointing experience.

Had 2 phone interviews with 2 different recruiters. Everything positive & advised they wanted to set up face to face with relevant Area Manager. Was advised they wanted to move quickly. That’s the last I heard from them - totally ghosted me. Even although I reached out to them via email & LinkedIn I was just ignored. Disgraceful behaviour.

Entretien
Submitted my CV through Indeed and recieved an email within 2 days to invite me to a telephone interview. The interview went really well Lynette was lovely and very engaging, I was then invited to a 2nd Interview with the Area Manager via Video Call. Ken made me feel at ease and again was very engaging I felt really positive about the recruitment process. I got through to 3rd stage where I done a floor walk with the Area Manager and a mystery shop analysis. The whole recruitment process was great, well organised and the people I have dealt with are a credit to the company.
