Enviei meu CV e fui entrevistado por RH + Gerente de Projetos + Diretora. O painel foi bem simpático e me deixou a vontade para me expressar e contar sobre as habilidades. Enfatizaram bastante sobre o quanto eu me identificava com causas sociais. A entrevista foi bem estruturada e seguiu uma boa linha de raciocínio. Por causa da pandemia, fizeram corte de custos e cancelaram todas as posições. O RH não interage bem por e-mail, pois tende a não responder a duvidas de candidatos. Duração de 1 hora de conversa.
