I had an initial phone screen with a recruiter. Then I was invited to the studio where I was set up in a conference room and met with three people 1 on 1. And then a panel of about 4 people. And then another group of two people came in to speak with me. It felt relaxed and very conversational. During the larger group I mostly just listened to them talk about their experience of working at the studio which was very instructive and insightful. I got the feeling that all the interviewers were really generally interested in who I was.
