Multiple stages of zoom/phone calls. Met with a general recruiter first, then someone in a different department but closer to specific work I was applying for, then the end was with the direct team. The interviews got more specific as they kept going.

Thorough interview process. Several rounds including cases and SQL exercises. Must have an interest in Pinterest as a platform. Be able to concisely speak about past professional experiences and impact.

Entretien
Heard nothing for about 6 weeks, but was then informed of an interview. There was no initial phone screen and discussion of suitability and salary scope etc, which I found weird. Then the job title was changed, which is something I would have liked to have discussed during an initial screening.
During the interview, it seemed to be more about processes than the person.
The next phase was a case study.
Then nothing. I would have thought that after spending time prepping for an interview, doing the interview and case study, you might at least get some feedback. Just a generic email, the type you would get at the very start before a phone screen.
I asked for feedback a few times, but got nothing.
Overall, in my opinion, this was unprofessional, and above all else, very disrespectful to the candidate.
