I had five interviews in total which included recruiter screening, meeting the hiring manager and then a panel interview with different stakeholders. I heard nothing from the recruiter for a while. Followed up asking for feedback and timings after my final interview. After 2 weeks I was told that if I had other offers, don't wait for them to come back to me - which is really poor on their part. After a few days I was then told I was unsuccessful. Really poor management from the recruiters which made the experience bad for me, even after I was flexible with interview changes on the day due to poor scheduling by their team.
