Within few days of application, HR approached via mail with tentative dates of screening interview (25 min). Which was followed by a strict 25 min session (I mean really strict) with the hiring manager at a later date. The interview started with interviewer mentioning the time limit and the format of the interview, followed by describing the team structure and the role, which I appreciated very much. However, it took interviewer about 12 min! That leaves me with 13 min to present my pitch, interviewer to ask questions and me to respond to those questions, and also to ask my questions!! The whole interview process was extremely rushed. At one point, Interviewer seemed to be interested in a strategic project I ran, where I managed to add 70 Mil $ in Booking # but more importantly that project transformed my company's long term GTM strategy. As you can imagine it was a complex project! Unfortunately, I didn't get the time to explain the technical thought process, as I was reminded again and again that how much time is left! Well the speed dating ended abruptly and not to my surprise, I didn't get the job! :) Anyway, I wish Pinterest all the best!
