Pinterest had a very clear, supportive interview process, they provided lots of information in advance, and background on the role and team that I would be meeting. I had an initial phone interview, followed by an in person where I met with much of the team. After they passed on me for the role - the recruiter provided feedback and was very open and generous with their time. I was impressed by the thoughtful and considerate recruiting process.
