They rejected me 5 minutes into the call saying I had no diversity recruiting experience. I said I wasn't aware that this role was for the diversity recruiting team (based on JD), but they just thanked me for my interest and ended conversation. Later found out they had another role for "Diversity Program Specialist." Pretty sure they interviewed me for the wrong position.
