Phone Interview, 1:1, ride along with current account rep, 1:1, personality test, 1:1, and final 1:1. Each 1:1 was done with a different person. Hiring process is lengthy due to being 100% employee owned. Once people get hired, they normally never leave due to the great benefit of employee ownership stock option.
