Interview process was not insightful, nor clear of expectations. Percolate seems like a wonderful company, but after being interviewed 6 times and simply told "Other candidates aligned better for the position", is not a great experience for the candidate. My particular background and experience does in fact align well for most of their Customer Success positions, so my concern is that their priorities are not aligned appropriate, nor communicated internally or externally clearly, which questions their abilities to run such a large organization.
Though the leaders that I interviewed seemed to be great people, it seems that the organization is growing at a pace where they are still trying to figure out how to make things work.
